There have been skirmishes and battles for control all over the world. The night belongs to the 'Supernaturals' and they are hell bent on finding out if the legend of the Eternal Night is true. You see, supposedly there is a way to bring on perpetual night, and the 'Supernaturals' want that in a bad way. Then they will be able to control the world no matter what hour is upon them. Unfortunately, for those 'Supernaturals' there are others and Humans who like things the way are, and will do what they can to stop them. The battle for control still rages even as life goes on.
The 'Supernaturals' are among us, you could very well be working with one and not even know it. You've been told since you were a child to be careful of talking to strangers. That has never been more true. You might want to check before you let someone inside. You might go to bed a Human, but there is no telling what you will wake up as, if you wake up at all.
